Marilee Moy

Marilee Moy, whose most recent assignment was Chief People Officer at Akoya Biosciences has over 30 years of HR experience as a VP and as Chief People Officer. Her experience ranges from large companies such as Abbott Labs, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech and Nikon Precision, to rapidly growing international and newer public companies where she developed and championed a culture of talent, rewards and leadership.

Her experiences include Akoya Biosciences, Talis Biomedical, which went IPO in 2021 and Counsyl (now a part of Myriad Genetics) where her primary focus was to grow and develop talent as the companies scaled for growth. Throughout her life, Marilee's passion has been to help people find and develop their professional potential. She has been a tireless advocate for equity, inclusion and diversity.

Marilee holds a BA from Boston College, MBA from Golden Gate University and a Strategic Human Resources Executive Certification from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
