Edwin is the founder and principal of LCoachEdwin LLC, a Life Coaching and Leadership Development Consulting practice based in the Bay Area. With a passion for empowering individuals and teams, Edwin specializes in guiding people through life transitions, whether planned or unexpected, helping them regain clarity, build momentum, and design a life of purpose, fulfillment, and joy.

Before founding LCoachEdwin LLC, Edwin enjoyed a distinguished 30+ year career in Human Resources Leadership. He held pivotal roles, including Director of Human Resources for First National Bank of Northern California. HR Engagement Manager and HR Manager for prominent manufacturing companies. This extensive background gives Edwin invaluable insight into organizational dynamics and team success.

Edwin holds certifications as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Gallup-Clifton Strengths Coach, and IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner.
