A Look Back at 2025 & Excitement for a Brand-New Year

As we approach the end of 2025, I’ve been reflecting on what this year has meant for our Phase2Careers community. There’s no question that it has been a challenging time for many job seekers and those looking to change careers. The market has contracted and shifted, competition for roles has grown, and the path forward hasn’t always been clear.

But even in a tough year, there is so much to acknowledge and celebrate.

Each of you has made meaningful progress, whether it’s launching a new business or side hustle, taking courses to upskill or retool, or recommitting to your personal goals around family, health, and well-being. These steps matter. They are the foundation of transformation, and they demonstrate resilience, creativity, and momentum—qualities that define this community.

As we prepare to welcome a new year, I am filled with optimism. 2026 brings with it a fresh start, new opportunities, and the chance to build on all the groundwork you’ve laid this year. Think of January as a reset button—a moment to revisit your goals, map out new possibilities, and take the next steps toward the career and life you’ve been working to create. Our team is excited and ready to support you in every way possible.
